Dwayne Buffet at Bridge city garage doors was a amazing professional I spent 6 months dealing with another door company frustrated and giving me the run around on what should have been a warranty issue and when he arrived on site ended his visit with don’t worry we are going to make things right Bridge city took over the half completed job of another company and did a great job Thanks for melting the stress away

Garage door operator shorted. Techs came and replaced in a timely manner with a new unit. Got new weather stripping done, maintenance performed on both garage doors. Kyra and Naomi were both great to deal with on the phone.

Garage door spring broke, called Bridge City and they responded quickly to replace the spring. Lance was very professional, personable and went the extra mile to ensure the door was working properly after the repair. Also took care of some other preventative measure upgrades including lubricating the rollers on both overhead doors. I really appreciated the quick response and excellent communication when I called. I will definitely call Bridge City again.
